A controlled path from verification to shipment
Every project is accepted against a real company, an approved specification and written commercial terms.
Company verification
We confirm the legal company name, country, registered address, tax or trade-registry number and authorised contact before issuing a first quotation.
Project brief
Share the target model, market, quantity, EU 40–48 size distribution, materials, branding, packaging and destination.
Feasibility & materials
Our technical team reviews construction and materials. The initial control and reservation period is included in the normal production schedule.
Quotation
USD or EUR quotations are valid for 30 days. Product prices are based on EXW; other delivery terms are calculated separately.
Sample & approval
The approved sample, material reference, artwork and technical specification become the basis of bulk production.
Order confirmation
The standard first-order structure is 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Confirmed LC or another mutually secure structure may be agreed.
Production & QC
Orders up to 10,000 pairs are normally planned at approximately 40 days from confirmation. Materials, line production, approved specification and final packing are checked.
Export & shipment
Applicable commercial, packing, origin, customs, transport and requested test or QC documents are coordinated with the agreed Incoterms rule.
Buyer decisions control the clock
The agreed timing is recalculated if buyer approvals, logos or technical information are delayed; if the buyer changes the model, material or quantity after approval; or if an additional laboratory test or custom tool is requested.
Supply problems within our responsibility are managed by LUIMAS rather than passed to the buyer as a routine excuse.
If LUIMAS is delayed
We provide the reason and revised date in writing and present a recovery or accelerated production plan. Contractual penalties apply only when written into the order agreement. A material delay may lead to cancellation and a documented cost settlement.
Costs follow the work actually completed
A change can be evaluated before materials are allocated. If an order is cancelled before work begins, the payment is returned. Once work has started, documented costs are deducted and any remaining balance is refunded.
Exact quantity, written responsibility
The confirmed shipment quantity is delivered without a routine production tolerance. Transport risk, insurance and responsibility follow the selected Incoterms rule.
Start with company and project details.
We do not promise a generic response time. The next step and quotation schedule are set according to the completeness and complexity of the project.
